GLOW-CE – Gender-equal Leadership and Opportunities for Women

The main objective of GLOW-CE is increasing the competitiveness of partner regions by activating the untapped potential of female entrepreneurship.The project has a triple focus: (1) gender-based by targeting women under 35 at the beginning of their career and are, about to be, or aspire to be entrepreneurs; (2) geographic by examining the entrepreneurial ecosystem from a regional perspective to ensure equal access to women living outside regional centres; and (3) sectoral by focusing on mainly the digital and green industries.
The workplan is divided into two strands:

• Increasing the access of women living in underserved areas to better business support services – bringing them together to see what they need and how business support organizations can help
• Improving the capacities of business support organizations to provide targeted assistance to women bringing them together to discuss the issue, plan new (or modified) services, and then test them
