The competitiveness of these regions is currently seriously threatened by a lack of skilled labor, emigration, and low levels of digital and environmental awareness. The project therefore identifies specific skills gaps in rural areas and develops tailored, flexible education and retraining packages, with a particular focus on the green and digital (\"dual\") transition.
