The second local stakeholder group meeting of the Circular Minds Interreg Europe project took place online on 16 July 2025.

At the meeting we presented the green cement of HOLCIM produced from construction waste and the green public procurement of the Blue Planet Climate Protection Foundation, which made the 8th International Nature and Environmental Protection Festival and Film Review possible in 2023. This was followed by a presentation of a Portuguese training, education and pilot project focusing on circular public procurement (ProcuraMED) and a Spanish waste processing good practice that aimed at recycling inert construction waste in Andalusia through circular public procurement.

Experts from development and innovation agencies, professional organizations, county-rank city, and other organizations participating in the meeting made valuable comments and illustrated the situation and challenges of domestic circular public procurement with their own examples.
